Each (1 dose) Skinny Sprinkles sachet provides:
- Inulin (3.2g): An ingredient that is generally taken from chicory root but can also be obtained from certain other plant sources. Inolin is primarily used as a treatment for constipation. Other alleged beneifts include improved mineral absorption and relief from intestinal problems.
- Glucomannan (1g): A water soluble fire taken from the roots of the konjac plant. When it comes into contact with water glucomannan can absorb up to 50 times its own weight and the resulting compound creates a feeling of satiety that reduces the desire for good. The European Food Safety Authority confirm the ingredient works, but state it must be used in conjunction with diet and exercise and stress the need for three (1,000mg) doses per day, taken before meals.
- Green tea extract (50mg): A popular fat burning ingredient with tested and proven abilities.
- Natural caffeine Anhydrous (50mg): Lots of weight loss supplements contain caffeine because it’s a proven metabolism booster, but it’s also a stimulant that some people do not tolerate well.
- Vitamin C (27mg): An important vitamin and antioxidant that may help to increase fat oxidation during moderate intensity exercise.
- Niacin (5.3mg): Also known as Vitamin B3, niacin is added to supplements of many different kinds. It offers a number of benefits but has apparently been added here to help combat fatigue.

Skinny Sprinkles is a vegan vegetarian friendly weight loss product that does not contains any genetically modified ingredients (GMO).
The manufacturer does not mention if side effects are likely to be a possibility, but the formulation is unlikely to be suitable for women who are pregnant or nursing a child.

Glucomannan is one of the safest and best appetite suppressing ingredients on the planet. Skinny Sprinkles provides the amount recommended by the EFSA and is intended to be used in accordance with their usage guidelines, so it is has a lot of potential as a weight loss aid.
This is quite an expensive product to use though and it’ s sold without a money back guarantee. This is an issue worth noting because customer reviews suggest it may not be a good option for all.
There appears to be issues regarding the taste, and some people claim it did not work for them. It is hard to say why a lack of results may be an issue, but it is possible the appetite suppressing abilities of glucomannan may be being reduced by one of the other ingredients.
