Let’s not kid ourselves here, glucomannan is the only ingredient that really counts. The Morning Energizer formulation has some Vitamin B6, and energy drinks contain it because it helps the body extract energy from food, but, apart from that, there’s not going to be much of a buzz going on.

The human body converts carbohydrates to the energy needed for life, and stores the excess primarily as fat, or adipose tissue.
