What Is Forza Raspberry Ketone

Raspberry Ketone 2:2:1 can be bought directly from the manufacturer’s website, but is also available from some third party retailers or from the Amazon marketplace, and—depending on where purchased—a bottle of 90 capsules should cost between £17 and £23.

Dosage and Promised Benefits

Forza recommend an initial dose of one to two capsules each morning, until tolerance has been established, after which the dose can be increased to two capsules in the morning, followed by a further capsule in the afternoon. The capsules should be taken with a glass of water and the daily dose should never exceed four capsules.

Raspberry Ketone 2:2:1 is primarily a fat burning product, but any form of dieting process can lead to fatigue, so the formulation has also been designed to boost physical and mental energy levels and may also provide a health boost by functioning as a general tonic.

The capsules rely on three main ingredients, blended in a 2:2:1 ratio (two parts raspberry ketone, two parts caffeine, one part resveratrol).

Forza fail to state which type is used in their blend.
  • Caffeine (200 mg):  The natural stimulatory effects of caffeine should help to provide the promised boosted energy levels, and may also help suppress the appetite, but caffeine is known to be problematic for some users and may cause side effects including, restlessness, heart palpitations, and the jitters.
  • Resveratrol (100 mg):  Normally extracted from red grapes, resveratrol is a known antioxidant that offers many health benefits, but its reputation as a fat burner is far from proven.

Luisa Zissman (runner up in The Apprentice TV show) also endorses the product and calls the capsules “willpower in pill form”.

Customer Feedback

Although the company website shares some positive testimonials attributed to Forza’s T5 product, it shows no customer feedback for Raspberry Ketone 2:2:1.

Independent reviews are available though, and the vast majority of users report positive results:

Possible Side Effects

Fruit-based ingredients are seldom problematic, so the main ingredient should not prove to be of issue as far as side effects go. Raspberry Ketone 2:2:1 appears to be a quality product. All ingredients and inclusion rates are provided, and there is every evidence that this will be an effective blend that should help the user attain their weight loss goals if used in conjunction with a calorie controlled diet and regular exercise.  It is possible though, that some users may encounter problems due to the caffeine content, so a little buyer discretion is advised, but overall this appears to be one of the better raspberry ketone products on the market.

There are several forums and specialist compliant type website that have detailed Nutriberry Slim as one to avoid for several reasons – not least for the way in which is extracts money from customers by way of dubious payment plan.

  • Acai Extract:  Acai berries are known to be a good source of antioxidants. They are also believed to able to help reduce cholesterol levels, but although they are a healthy ingredient to add to the mix, acai berries have never been successfully proved to assist weight loss.

It is worth noting that none of these ingredients are likely to help retain muscle mass, nor is there much evidence that they will be able to suppress the appetite.

The official website bears a few before and after photographs on the homepage, along with some accompanying testimonials that are purported to have been made by satisfied customers.

Independent reviews would provide a more reliable picture of the product’s performance, but these are not available at this time. The product has been mentioned on the RipOff Report website though.

Nutriberry Slim scam reported by customers

The customer who made the complaint took advantage of a promotion that allowed a free trial of the product for just the cost of the postage. He signed no contract and committed to no further purchases, but states:

“. . . about one month later they took out £84.99 from my bank account.”

A little investigation, assisted by the Google search engine, reveals this is not at all an isolated incident and is, perhaps, a warning of the possible dangers of sharing card details with an unknown supplier.

Possible Side Effects           

The manufactures do not mention any side effects, but if the green coffee bean extract is included in sufficient quantity the high caffeine levels may result in side effects that may include:

  • The jitters
  • Heart palpitations
  • Headache
  • Sleeplessness

The Bottom Line – Do We Recommend

Although caffeine-related side effects may be an issue for some users, due to the green coffee bean extract; raspberry ketone and acai berries—dubbed super fruits—are known to be healthy ingredients and their use here should not present any problems. But unless the two super fruits are included in sufficient quantity they will offer little benefit and if synthetic raspberry ketone has been used any potential benefits will be further limited.

The product has not been tested, and independent customer feedback is unavailable, so this product is far from proven. It may work, or it may not; Nutriberry Slim is, at best, a gamble. The claims of unauthorised debits from customer accounts is a far more worrying issue though, which makes any gamble of Nutriberry Slim seem to be an ill-advised investment that may have the potential to break the bank.

Many other products offer better odds of success, and have already proved themselves to be weight loss winners for many dieters, so the consumer is advised to avoid Nutriberry Slim and take a chance on something else instead.
